The 8th Annual PMPA Education Foundation Golf Outing will be held on Sunday, October 19, 2008 at the The King's Course, Waikoloa, Hawaii . A scramble format will be used - players of all skill levels are invited! The $250.00 fee includes greens fee, cart, range privileges, lunch, and bottled water. A boxed lunch will be provided at Noon. Golf awards will be presented at the Business Session on Monday morning.

Included in the Golf Outing price is a $100.00 donation to the PMPA Educational Foundation, which is tax deductible. Participants in the Golf Outing will receive a statement from the Foundation confirming this tax deductible donation. All proceeds from the Golf Outing will benefit the PMPA Educational Foundation.

Four levels of sponsorship are available, and the Education Foundation will provide one complimentary golf registration for every $500.00 sponsorship to the outing. See the attached brochure for more information and sponsorship registration.

The deadline to submit sponsorship registration (and payment) to PMPA is Friday, August 1, 2008.
